Easy Chicken Tacos for Picky Eaters

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken until it's fully cooked through, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes. Make sure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  2. Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas. You can heat them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave them for 20-30 seconds until warm and soft.

  3. Assemble the Tacos: Once the chicken is cooked and the tortillas are warmed, it's time to assemble the tacos. Place a spoonful of the cooked chicken onto each tortilla.
